Chief Master Sergeant Stanley C. Cadell is the is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for 25th Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. He advises the commander on all issues regarding the health, morale, welfare and effective utilization of more than 29,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Twenty-fifth Air Force Airmen deliver multisource intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance products, applications, capabilities and resources. In addition, they also conduct electronic warfare, strategic command and control and integrate cyber ISR teams and expertise into the country’s cyber mission forces. The 25th Air Force includes the 70th, 363rd and 480th ISR wings, the 9th Reconnaissance Wing, 55th Wing, 319th Air Base Wing and the Air Force Technical Applications Center.

Chief Master Sergeant Cadell entered the Air Force in April 1992. His experiences include numerous duties in the maintenance career field and various leadership roles as a First Sergeant at the Squadron, Group, Numbered Air Force, Major Command and Headquarters Air Force. Additionally, Chief Cadell served as a Command Chief Master Sergeant at the 436th Airlift Wing, Dover AFB, Delaware and Joint Base San Antonio/502nd Air Base Wing, San Antonio, Texas. His assignments include locations in the United Kingdom, Germany, South Dakota, Italy and Nebraska, South Carolina, Illinois, Delaware, Washington, DC and Texas. Chief Cadell also deployed in support of Operations DENY FLIGHT (Bosnia-Herzegovina), PROVIDE PROMISE (Bosnia), IRAQI FREEDOM (Southwest Asia) and NEW DAWN (Southwest Asia). Prior to assuming his current position, Chief Cadell served as the USAF First Sergeant Duty Manager in the Office of the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington D.C.
