693rd ISRG commander assumes command

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- U.S. Air Force Col. Jason Brown, 480th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing commander, passes the guidon to Col. Tracy Ward, 693rd ISR Group commander, during the Assumption of Command ceremony Nov. 15, 2017, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The mission of the 693rd ISRG is to provide decision advantage to the warfighters by developing and executing innovative ISR and cyber operations. Upon taking command, Ward said, “This is my dream job, and you are my dream team. We were here about nine years ago as members of the 24th Intelligence Squadron. Since that time, we’ve watched you grow and longed to return to this incredible mission and phenomenal team. You have become the premiere ISR organization in the U.S. Air Force and truly the best at finding the enemy. I look forward to working with you, taking care of you and leading you as your group commander. Thank you.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Darnell T. Cannady)
