    The winners of the 2017 Air Force Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Awards were recently announced and the Air Force Technical Applications Center had an exceptional presence among the winners. Of the fourteen packages Air Combat Command submitted for this year’s awards, seven winners were selected, and five of those were from AFTAC.

  • Civilian recognized as exceptional leader, visionary

    Among the 3,102 outstanding civilian employees here at 25th Air Force is a visionary leader and recipient of the 2018 Brig. Gen. Wilma Vaught Visionary Leadership Award for Air Combat Command. This exemplary Airman, Pierre Terry, is the director of staff at 25th Air Force’s Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection Directorate (A4).
  • Exceptional ISR leader, role model recognized

    The Brig. Gen. Wilma Vaught Visionary Leadership Award is presented annually to exceptional, selfless women who inspire others. This year, Air Combat Command selected Capt. Rosie, assistant director of operations, 25th Intelligence Squadron, to receive the honor in the officer category.

    Twenty-fifth Air Force celebrated its' anniversary last week with a host of events and activities. Highlighting the events was the annual Hall of Honor induction ceremony where Airmen honored four of their extraordinary predecessors.
